Tell us a little about yourself:

I'm a stay at home parent of two young children and an excited little dog. I'm a portrait photographer and as a casual activist and microinfluencer on Instagram. I love to hike, sew, read, play video games, and learn about almost anything.

What or who inspires you?:

I'm inspired by a lot of people, places, and things - there's always something or someone I'm noticing in day to day life that gives me an idea for a story or an image. But my heroes are real people that do activism for the marginalized. Also Rey from the new Star Wars!!! Cuz of course.

If you could go anywhere, where would you go?: Mars. Or Mongolia!

What are you passionate about?:

Intersectional body positivity, fat acceptance, learning and growing as a person, baking and cooking from scratch, visual arts like drawing, photography, sewing.

Favorite movie?:

All the Star Wars movies. Alien II. Mononoke Hime.

Best meal you’ve ever had:

Roast chicken, white rice, gravy, broccoli.

Fun fact about you:

I worked as a farmer and educator for a few years at a 1930s living history farm. I can butcher a chicken and milk a cow!

What accomplishment are you most proud of?:

My marriage. My spouse and I have put a lot of work in over the years to learn how to fight with each other, when to give each other space, how to ask each other for help.

What’s your favorite thing about Kade & Vos?:

That they will make or find what you need if they don't have your size!

What’s your favorite underwear style?:

High briefs, for support and comfort of my belly fat! Though shorts are growing on me...

What clothing size(s) do you wear?:

6L - around a US 30/32. I have items in my closet ranging from a 4X to 7X!
