There are no time limits for returns or exchanges. However, we do ask that returned or exchanged merchandise be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
Returns To return your product, call (253.752.0663) or email us (KadeVos@kadevos.com) with your order number so that we can make sure you don't have to pay for return shipping. We’ll send you a return package via USPS as soon as we hear from you.
Refunds Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges: We always replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with our Customer Service team right away and we'll send you a replacement (provided we hear from you before an item has sold out!). If the item has sold out, we’ll help you exchange it for another great product, give you Kade & Vos credit or refund your money. You can reach the team at 1.253.752.0663
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you or credited to you Kade & Vos account.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Keep in mind that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return or exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
